Justin Foote, Daniel, Nathaniel1

Justin Foote, was born 31 July, 1762, to Daniel Foote and Margaret Parsons of Guilford, Connecticut [Foote Fam; findagrave;17148504].

He died at Guildford, New Haven county, Connecticut, 8 December, 1840, æ. 78 and is buried in the Foote–Ward Cemetery, Guilford. [findagrave;17148504, [Delh;gs, Foote Gen; "(76, 25, 9, 3,)"].

He married at Sharon, Litchfield county, Connecticut, 13 December, 1799 Maria Evertson/Evartson, of Colchester Connecticut. "His wife,—the wife of the late Ex-Governor Smith, of Connecticut, and the wife of the late Rev. Isaac Lewis, of Greenwich, Connecticut were sisters." [Nathaniel Goodwin;86] She was the youngest daughter of Jacob Roeters Evertson and Margaret Bloom of South Amboy, New Jersey and Pleasant Valley, Dutchess county, New York. [findagrave;129945067].

She was born 9 Sep 1764 and died 9 May, 1837, æ. 72 and is buried Hillside Cemetery, Sharon, Litchfield county, Connecticut, [Sharon;g.s., findagave;23381431]
