I wrote you by Captain Keith which is not come to [yr] hands as I can find, otherways I believe you would have write me._
If [ye] rum [yr] hands is not sold I begg you to allow me [ye price [ye] rest sold for, it being nothing but justice & according to [yr] promise, for deliver it to Mr. Walley who will pay you [ye] proceeds when sold, or if you choose it, ship the same to Mr. potwine on my risque, & believe he can soon convert it to money here_ where such is in better demand than in Boston; I will let him have a hhd of rum more & some salt at cash price, & [ye] remainder I will pay soon as possible, in as much as this is nothing but reasonable, I hope you will comply & not put me to unnecessary trouble: Mr. Potwine is to write on the same affair along [wt] this, please let me have an answer by the bearer, & I am
