Aluminum Relief, Upper Valley, White River Jct. area. Some abrasion and oxidization evident. Roughly symmetrical. Collected ca. 1999. 13 – 35 cm.

The broad analogies presented by these pieces to the human anatomy are what initially draw us to them. The response we make to these characteristics is to describe both, with a healthy forthrightness, as human anatomical mimicry. What possible motive there might be for an object to mimic sections of the human anatomy is a subject for future research.
