He died at Rome [31 March, 1903 [AL]/24 December, 1904 and is buried in Myrtle Hill Cemetery, Rome [Rome;g.s., “I. Dave Ford” |Hist. Rome;604, before 1 Jan., 1904 |Floyd Probate;D;338, 356].

He married at Floyd county, Georgia, 27 Apr 1854 Louisa A. Reece [Floyd Co. Marriages, A;60, she given as “Louisa May” in the 1900, Henderson co. Kentucky census].
