Goshawk (Accipiter gentilis). '''Red Squirrel''' (Tamiasciurus hudsonicus) and Bison Skull, American Bison (B. bison bison)

A tableau of assemblage of a "Happy Family" (See the: "Red Fox (Cross Fox) and Rabbit vitrine # ___.) They hawk and squirrel seem to be getting along, altho perhaps there is an element of antagonism between them. Perhaps this is an Unhappy Family. The face of the rodent appears contorted, perhaps terrified, or at least, indignant. The red squirrel is, perhaps, a later addition. Is the hawk resentful? If it is true that all Happy Families are happy in similar ways to other happy families, is the Unhappy Family unhappy in its own, unique, way?

The Goshawk specimen was previously considered a Peregrine Falcon and has been re-identified.
